SURGE / Advanced SURGE Program:
The Lumi Radix SURGE (Students Undertaking Research and Graduate Experience) and Advanced SURGE programs allow student candidates to gain practical hands-on experience and training in the subject area of their choice. Enrolled students will be able to work on real projects with their mentor for 4-8 weeks.

The Lumi Radix SCORE (Specialized Consultation with Opportunities for Resume Enrichment) program provides graduates, and young professionals an opportunity to enhance their training experience by working with a dedicated mentor. SCORE engagements can be conducted online, onsite, or in a hybrid format, depending on the nature of the activities, which can include observerships, internships, research electives, or problem-solving
