Lumi Radix educational programs, meticulously developed and overseen by our advisory board – a team of exceptional educators (university professors and industry experts) with decades of experience, are designed to ignite personal growth in high school students, PhD graduates, and postdoctoral and clinical fellows. Their expertise and insight are instrumental in ensuring that our educational and mentorship programs are not just meaningful and relevant, but also transformative, fostering the overall development of the students.

Each of our individual mentors and their projects undergo a rigorous evaluation by specific Lumi Radix subcommittees. This meticulous process ensures that the project goals, structure, and delivery align with the specific program goals and cater to the experience level and needs of the mentees. The Lumi Radix advisory board and subcommittees also maintain a detailed oversight during the execution phase of individual projects, fostering a learning environment conducive to the growth and development of both the mentor and the mentee.

The Lumi Radix SPIKE (Student Programs to Increase Knowledge and Experimentation) for High School students and Advanced SPIKE for undergraduate students are programs that pair student candidates with experts for a gentle initiation into advanced topics.
The Lumi Radix SURGE (Students Undertaking Research and Graduate Experience) and Advanced SURGE programs allow student candidates to gain practical hands-on experience and training in the subject area of their choice. Enrolled students can work on real projects with their mentor for 4-8 weeks.
The Lumi Radix SCORE (Specialized Consultation with Opportunities for Resume Enrichment) program provides graduates, and young professionals an opportunity to enhance their training experience by working with a dedicated mentor. SCORE engagements can be conducted online, onsite, or in a hybrid format, depending on the nature of the activities, which can include observerships, internships, research electives, or problem-solving
